Agreement
By using Cartographer (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. We operate the Service at cartographer.studio.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Cartographer. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending content to AI providers when you use AI features.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Service.
AI Features
Cartographer includes AI-powered features that may generate suggestions, content, or other outputs. AI outputs are provided “as is” and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms or the acceptable use policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Cartographer available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartographer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
