How It Works
Every card in Cartographer has a rich-text description editor. The toolbar includes a Figma button that lets you embed any Figma file, prototype, or design directly into the card.
- Open a card and click the Figma icon in the description toolbar.
- Paste a Figma URL into the input field and press Enter.
- A live, interactive embed appears inline. You can scroll, zoom, and navigate frames without leaving Cartographer.
The embed updates automatically when the Figma file changes, so your cards always show the latest designs.

You can also paste a Figma URL directly into the card description editor. Cartographer detects the link and converts it into a live embed automatically. No toolbar click needed.
Supported URLs
Cartographer recognizes any standard Figma URL. The following formats are all supported:

You can link to a specific frame or page by copying the URL while that frame is selected in Figma. The embed will open to exactly that view.
